Storage Instructions:

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a kadhai.

  2. Once the oil is hot, fry one papad at a time. It will cook in just a few seconds!

  3. For an even crispier texture, papads can also be roasted, but they taste best when fried in hot oil.

  4. Perfect with steamed rice, fish curry, or soft drinks.
